DIA does not manufacture or control third-party devices or services and is not responsible for:

13. User Authorization for Data Sharing

30. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded or accessed the Service through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
These Terms are concluded between you and DIATECH DOO TETOVO, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the Service.
In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Service to you, if applicable.
